Amazing. Great quality and weight. Not very small but easy to carry in a backpack. Love the color! The screen is perfect, with good image. The keyboard is practical. Up to now, it works really work and it is fast. I was surprised that it came with a mouse, a portable memory, and earphones. I guess I didn't read the description properly but it was a wonderful surprise. I just had to switch it on and use it. Great value for money.

Update: I still love this laptop, but be aware that it does NOT include Publisher even though it's pictured on the Microsoft 2024 picture. Microsoft is discontinuing it, which is a real bummer.I bought this to replace the laptop that I got in 2010, since too many programs were not compatible with it. I received it very shortly after ordering it. It was well packaged. The only downside (for most people) might be the image quality on the screen if you're doing a lot of image based applications, it's not the sharpest. Other than that, it runs very well, has Word installed and ready to go. Comes with wireless mouse and an external hard drive as well as Bluetooth earbuds.This computer was exactly what I was looking for at a price I couldn't pass up!

I absolutely love this laptop! It completely met my expectations and more. The performance is incredible with a very fast processor that runs extremely smoothly. It's perfect for working on all my writing projects and is incredibly useful. The laptop came with all of its accessories, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I've also found the included removable drive to be super helpful, and the battery life lasts exactly as advertised. I purchased the Lavender 14” HP. Got it, and I attempted to set it up. I turned it on, and it took over an hour and a half to start up, initialize, update, etc. Ok I think…it’s new. (Although I had never encountered this before with a new laptop before), I finally get to the Office set up. I think - finally, I’m good to go. But no.
