By far the best headset ive ever gotten for gaming. Its durable, ive dropped it many times. One of the speakers now moves around in the right ear. It hasn't messed up the sound quality at all. The mic comes in clear. Its comfortable, doesnt hurt my ears. Plug it in and its ready to use. No complaints on the design. This is the 2nd time ive bought this exact headset. Been using the HyperX CloudX for Xbox sessions, and it’s been awesome. The memory foam cushions are crazy comfortable for long gaming nights, and the sound is clear without being overly bass‑heavy. The detachable mic works way better than I expected — my friends said I sounded clean with no background noise. In‑line controls are simple, build quality feels solid, and it plugs right in with zero setup. If you want a reliable, comfy Xbox headset, this one’s been a win.

It’s extremely comfortable. Practically noise canceling because I can’t hear anything outside while they’re donned upon me, even with low audio levels. Microphone is super reliable and it’s durable for a headset of a cheaper price which surprised me. I use it for Xbox. I personally recommend it.

The sound quality of this headset was FAR superior to the sound quality from my old low-end headset. It was magical! I had no idea that my songs could sound so good. I wanted to keep this headset forever.But I had to return it. I couldn't tolerate wearing the headset for more than five minutes at a time. The headband created an unbearable pressure point at the top of my skull. I needed a greater clearance, but the earpieces would only extend about an inch on either side. I needed at least another half inch, and the result was pure pain.In spite of this, I did attempt to make a voice call. But

Useful and clear-sounding mic. A bit bulky but good quality, sometimes can be finnicky but I’m also not tech savvy.

Got these as a gift about 4 years ago and they lasted me 3 years of HEAVY use for gaming/ music production; the audio started to cut out in them when used after that. Due to the quality and comfort I bought a second pair myself this time. They are extremely comfortable when compared to similar headphones in this price range (there is a soft, foam band underneath the top of the headset that provides comfort even after hours of use). Audio quality is competitive and microphone works great. Great quality at an affordable & competitive price.

The item is fine. Unfortunately I made a mistake purchasing this because I assumed I was getting a headset for the PC, this is actually a headset that connects via wire into an Xbox controller. I can still use it and works great and as long as you're not ripping it out of its socket it will last you a long time. It sounds great too. Great noise canceling as always. Always comfortable except in summer months, you'll need air conditioning or some kind of cooling in your room in order to keep your ears from sweating. It's probably a good idea to clean the ear cups every so often to avoid sores an
