Great Tabletop Grill
I watched a number of Korean drama on Netflix and Amazon Prime. One of the main things the Koreans do is eat well and have fun especially when it comes to grilling. So I researched numerous smokeless tabletop grills and chose this one. The grilling space is adequate and the fan underneath the heating sector dissipates the smoke. It comes with a handy glass top. You can set the temperature from 200 to 450f. Clean up is easy whether you wash by hand or place it in the dishwasher.

Terrific Unit!
It is a GEM! Works great, super easy clean-up - no grease dripping onto countertops. No smoke detector blasting. This is the BEST! The previous grill/griddle I had always dripped grease on the counter tops, set off the smoke detector and had to be constantly watched and meat turned constantly to prevent burning. This unit cooks more evenly and with less monitoring. Should have gotten this sooner. Did I mention this one was also cheaper than the one I had? Great purchase. It is just as described, and works like a charm. Don’t hesitate on this one, it is a great purchase.

Bar-b-que Flavor?
This device was very easy to use. It is indeed smokeless and puts “grill marks” on the food. However, since I have only used it one time at this point (I made chicken shish-kebabs) I’m not sure that it had a true bar-b-que flavor. I will keep this machine and will continue to use it due to the ease of use.

We also watched a few of the videos of some of the experiences people had and I am always One of these people who have to see it for myself to believe it.Well, I believe it now, it is exactly what other people have said this product is totally worth the investment. Just received it and used it to make pork chops and Brussel sprouts on the grill last night. It tasted awesome! Read the directions and do the prerequisites they suggest to get the grill and griddle prepared, as well as the "dry run". After making a mess of it everything cleaned up exceptionally well and easy. It was the first time, but hoping the trend continues. If it does I will be more than happy with the price vs use. Side note, even though it has a fan for smokeless cooking, the odors are still strong if used inside. There is no carbon filter, just a fan to keep things moving...

Poor durability and poor customer service support
After 8 months, this grill started to smoke and the cord attaching to the unit started melting. I have followed the company's instruction for contacting them and have had gotten no response. I have emailed them twice. I am very disappointed with the durability and the company
