An ideal game to have fun with my daughter

I purchased this for my daughter for Christmas. I have an XBox One X. The X and S at the top of the packaging does not mean it works with the Xbox One S or X, but just an Xbox S or X... so I entered the code, and it showed up in the library but it won't let me install it and you can't return it as you already activated the key. Big waste of time and money and a let down for the kiddos.

The way theu do this now without the connection doesn't work well, the phone and controllers are just too large for a smaller child to hold and dance with at the same time.

The advertisement said this case, for Xbox series X, came with a physical copy, but it did not. I am getting pretty annoyed about this with all the modern just dance games. An internet connection should NOT be required. I don't need to grade my moves as the phone app is junk and my kid is not going to be using my phone as a controller. What happens when ubisoft stops providing servers or for server errors that seem to happen all the time? No game. The game works and every phone in the household (Note 20 and 2 S23 Ultras) connect to the controller app just fine. I'm not sure why so many people are having issues but mine was perfectly fine.The game is good for gatherings or just some cardio, the music seems to be a good mix. Overall, it's what I expected and would recommend if you're looking for a party game.
