Playback on app for videos is horrible. Barely loads or even plays. They do offer a warning that the quality will be bad. But the issue it it doesn’t even load. Cloud videos are capped at 10 seconds. So must rely on the SD card for any real footage during an accident. The footage on the sd card doesn’t show both front and Cabin videos only the front camera. So if you need to have both video options you are forced to download through the app as the sd card video will only provide th exterior view. It's a very cool gadget but the only thing I don't like that you have to make a subscription of data plus the service fee. You either pay monthly or yearly which is to much money. If you want to commit you can get but if you don't want to pay monthly or yearly don't get. But it still records.

A few issues with this camera, when the memory card fills up it just stops recording no way to format it remotely. There is no way of removing the constant request to subscribe to their additional services. Everytime I open and close the app I have to login no way to stay logged in. There is no way to monitor it via a computer or online login. If you do sign up for cloud storage now you have another issue your data will get used up faster. I’m really happy with this dash cam so far. Installation was quick, the app was easy to set up, and connecting it to my phone works great. The 1080P video quality is clear and beautiful during the day and still very good during the nights. I also like the parking mode and motion alerts since they give extra peace of mind when the car is parked. Overall, it feels reliable, easy to use, and definitely worth the price. I can't complain
