This little guy worked like a big machine! I am very happy with this product. I put 5 pounds of marinated flank steak and 5 pounds of rib eye steak with veggies in between the meats and the flavor was out of this world! The meat was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. My 4th of July party was a hit!

I purchased this for my son for his birthday but it was a couple months after the purchase before we decided to use it, and at that point was past the return date. Unfortunately, the burners on the product will not light and we tried everything. When I inquired about how to make a warranty claim the seller instructed me to make sure the gas line was attached and to light it with a barbeque lighter. Well of course I did that but the product doesn't work!! And I still don't know how to make a warranty claim!!

Cons: Instructions did come with but figured it out. The unit is a little thin but if you take of it should be ok.Pros: The rotisserie action works really good. The unit gets hot. I would recommend this product. We had a lot of fun using it and the meat turned out good. Price is fair.

Tbh I didn't have an problems with the item can't say the same for the others but mine came in good condition with no problems

This rotisserie has tremendous power to cook quickly. The design is excellent and performs well. But the grease tray is far too shallow. The drippings will overwhelm the tray and leak grease into the electric motor. This seems an obvious design flaw. If you take the tray with you to the hardware store you can find brass fittings to thread through the opening hole to increase the volume of grease the tray will hold. Once that is done this unit performs perfectly.

Burner doesn’t work or stay lit.
