    This is a great quality set. Not heavily used but in a pinch they get me out of a jamb in the field.

    Take a little getting used to, but it works great

    I was trying to install a part on my truck and they had powder coated the threads. I wanted to chase the threads as I wanted a tight seal and a clean ground. I was looking for a good thread chaser when I found this. It said universal, so I said, what the heck, let's try it. Well it is different. Actually it is ingenius. Follow the instructions on the lid and once you get a feel for it, it works fantastic. I was able to smooth the threads and chase out the powder coating and the sensors screwed on smoothly and easily. I had a leakproof seal and a solid ground.It is actually very easy to use and

    Great tool

    If you are looking at buying one of these take my word for it, it will save your ass. I repair hydraulic cylinders onsite and this has already saved me 3 times by repairing threads I would have to take to a machine shop.

    Unusual but incredibly useful tool.

    I was able to repair a driveshaft deep inside a large machine with this. Saved a large amount of time in just the disassembly and reassembly of the machine. Plus saved the shaft as well.1 use saved thousands.

    Used this to repair threads on a reverse threaded wood lathe. External and internal threads alike. The only downside is that the two teeth are in about an 1/8 inch or more on the external thread repair tool, causing the tool handle to hit any obstacles first. This means not all threads can be repaired all of the time...
