Comfort was one of my main concerns when choosing a headset for Xbox, and this one has worked well for longer gaming sessions. The soft over-ear padding doesn’t put too much pressure on my ears. I didn't even know Acer made gaming headsets. I don't think I've used a direct Acer-branded product since the mid to late 2000s, so I kind of assumed they mostly stuck to office hardware. But, then again, I also didn't realize they made the Predator gaming products, which I actually have heard of before.As far as the headset goes, I think for around $30 it's trying to do a lot at once. Build quality seems good for the price. The sound quality is not so good, I mean the game sounds and effects ok, but the party/voice chat is sub. People voices are flat not crisp. But I'm mainly giving 2 Stars because my delivery came 4 days past it delivery date
