Very pretty, and usable. The paint on the knives has started to chip about two months after use.

When I saw these I immediately fell in love with the design/colors. They are super sharp so use caution when using. I just bumped the tip of my finger and with the way it bled you would have thought it was bad enough to need stitches and it was only a little nick that is almost invisible to the eye. I've gotten new knife sets that were no where near as sharp as these one's.

We've had these knives for a year and they are still pretty sharp. Of the knives are excellent, the scissors I would give a grade of three stars too. At first they were fantastic but they seemed to dull rather quickly and the enclosed sharpener doesn't seem to do much for them. But the knives are excellent

I absolutely love the design of this set overall. The holder, the blades, and everything. I've only had to use them a couple times, but they do cut very well. It's just a matter of how well they hold up after time (I am glad it did come with a blade sharpener tho!)So far I would recommend these. They're great if you don't have much counterspace and also want a little pizzaz to your kitchen :)UPDATE: It has now been a little over a year since I have purchased these knives, and I must say they still look fantastic and still cut great (I haven't had to use the sharpener at all yet)! Knives were great and the design has held up well. Only thing that could be better is the potato peeler the rest is golden

I previously bought a set of these for a friend and they loved them! So when I needed a new knife set, I decided to get this for myself! When washing them before their first use, I noticed two problems with one of the knives. It appears that the overlay is chipped in two places; the tip and along the back of the blade. They still cut well as far as I can tell. Just cosmetic in nature it seems. Hope it doesn’t cause problems like more of it chipping off and getting in my food!

These are beyond beautiful.

After visiting mom & having to. cook several days in a row. Hearing her complain about her knives and how bad quality they were... i ordered this set for her for her birthday she absolutely loves them (and so do i). They are very comfortable to grip and hold. They are very sharp and cut very easily. And they are absolutely lovely to look at standing on the island counter ready to be used when needed. ♡♡ ordering another set for myself to have at home. Would love to have them in different colors as well.
