Colors and contrast on those things made competitive gaming easier but design work was horrible. I own 3 Pixio monitors: 2 PX277's and a PX275h and love all 3. As with all of them, the quality is simply outstanding for the price and blow away any of the value brand monitors I've used. I initially bought the first one for gaming. Later, after building out a home office, I become frustrated by the quality of many of the office-quality monitors I tried and decided to spend a little extra on two PX277's. So I was looking for a steal this Black Friday (2020) on a pair of monitors to upgrade from my 24” 1080p 75hz monitors and found these. I was nervous about buying these because they offered so much especially for the price (original price not BF sale price) and I read a few bad apple reviews while doing my research on it talking about really bad backlight bleed or dead pixels right out the box but both of the monitors I received had no hardware flaws or damage. I've owned many monitors over my 15 year PC gaming hobby. This is my 3rd 2k IPS monitor and a far as the panel goes, it's visually as good as any other I've had. Won't beat an OLED display, but it's smooth and silky with 144/165 refresh rate, good picture quality, no dead pixels and mood range OSD options. IPS is clear and vastly superior to the off brand VA panel I just returned (was really bad in dark areas). Overall, a solid display for a great value, you shouldn't be disappointed. My 2nd Pixio too, and never an issue.

After a series of shipping mishaps with USPS, my package was declared ‘lost’ and I was issued a refund. However the monitor ended up showing up at my place later, so I had the refund and the monitor.
