I have been holding off on getting this as I really only play digital games. My PS5 pro has been working well without it but I noticed I wanted to start getting physical games again because of deals and being able to save a bit of money. This was a good investment and brings me back to the days with my original PS5. Now I can watch physic movies and play older and new games with a disc. Physically media is a lost art nowadays. Really enjoying it!

It came and I installed it on my ps5 digital edition slim and got it registered. I was impressed it came with long legs that helped keep the center of the console level. I held myself back and want one from walmart but buying this from Amazon is better since I have prime.But I bought this so I can play physical copies of games, and watch movies. This is just what I needed and less spending i think $700 for a ps5 disk edition

So far so Great. Ok so I’m like most every other gamer in the world. Meaning I didn’t buy my PS5 for a few years after, in case there were bugs or something needed to be found out before I put up the Cash . So by the time I ended up getting one it was 2024. So by then I found a Slim Digital model I ended up finally buying. I absolutely love it and of course I bought everything (well pretty much everything) as far as accessories I could . Solid product. Does not load games sometimes but works when restarted. A little loud as well but at least gives the option to play your old games.

Easy to install and it automatically updates once you turn it on.
