I received the product in pristine state, even it travelled from US to Costa Rica. Really easy to install with my set of Yamaha speakers. Great sound. The karaoke function is a good add on. The functions are great. One feature I love is that I can control every speaker volume level independently. Overall, a great AVR and a great value for the money i’ve paid.
I am very dissatisfied with this there is a hum coming out of the center speaker also it's not even a year old and some of the lights on the screen is not working it's really a piece of garbage
Better than I even expected. It is perfect for the price. We just needed to replace our old surround sound system (and already had the speakers). With the microphones, bluetooth, and the hdmi ports...it has helped us to update our system without a buch of extra cords.
Good sounds,wish the settings were a little easier to navigate however it does work good

Do not buy this item . Tuner doesn't work. Optical Port doesn't work doesn't have a compatible remote control for the fire stick it's not compatible with any surround sound . Amazon should have warned that this item is not compatible with the fire stick
