This is my second Pyle amp. I have a 6-channel amp running my in-house sound system, and this is running a 5.1 surround sound system that had its amp after 20 years. I needed something reasonably priced and this was perfect for my needs. I am using HDMI and a decent subwoofer, and I'm very impressed with the sound quality. The remote is another surprise, with lots of buttons for features that don't require you to dig through menus to find.The Denon it replaced lasted for 2 decades, if this lasts even 1 I'll be very, very happy.

So far the receiver is working great for my outdoor speakers. Way to connect and get working.

Only giving 3 stars because I just received and hooked it up today, 8/15/26. ( I’m not using it for home auto, it’s in my backyard shop/mancave that has in-ceiling & wall speakers, but it hooked up to all my speakers and TV with no issues). It’s replacing a Pyle receiver that lightening fried. I bought it for the number and type of speaker outputs, so far so good. I love the remote, you can control the speaker groups with it and it will actually work with BT devices, pause/play, skip or back. Like I said can’t speak to the long term yet, but it has already far exceeded my previous Pyle receive

I've been a happy customer of PYLE products for decades, unfortunately this unit is not good build quality. It feels cheap and the sound only worked on the 2 highest volume clicks on the remote. There is no balance control and all the bass and treble settings are on the remote only, so if the remote dies you're screwed. Hopefully it was just a bad model and they make better decisions in the future.

I have mixed feelings.I’m currently using it in 2.1 configuration with a pair of klipsch R-41s and R-120SW.The left and right channels sound very good after plug-in the R 41S into all of the ports it all sounded the same good quality stereo with no truth surround sound modulation just equal levels or more like the surrounds polarityin flipped to give the effect. I didnt want to spend too much money because we bought a house with built in surround sound speakers and weren't sure if they worked. We didn't have a receiver soooo we bought this one. It was easy to set up and all of my speakers work! It was so fun having a movie night. This receiver works great!

Good choice if you are looking for a low cost amp with Mic inputs and the ability to select among multiple audio inputs. Plus, unlike some other karaoke amps in this low price range, the remote can control the overall volume (not just bluetooth volume) and other settings. I was not able to test the surround sound since I currently only have two speakers. Disadvantages are the confusing remote buttons, lack of knobs for adjusting things like mic settings, and the weird purple display that is always animated.
