I cant get phone to connect or even detect it. It's on cuz it shows up on tv but I cant use it

This mirroring wire is cool! My son loves being able to play his Minecraft game from his iPad to the tv. The functionality is excellent as it’s basically just plug-n-play. The lag is very minimal. The sound quality is excellent! The picture quality looks great on the tv. The connectivity and compatibility is great as it works with android and apple devices. I strongly recommend it!

This mirroring cable works surprisingly well. After plugging it into my TV and turning on mirroring on my MacBook, I was up and running. No app or WiFi needed. Actually, I am not sure how it connects, but it does. It mirrors whatever is on my screen and allows me to use the TV to show things that I could not show before. The only criticism is that sometimes it is a bit laggy and sometimes speech is not synced perfectly.

Tried using this at a hotel recently—which is honestly one of the most obvious places you'd want something like this—and couldn't get it to work at all. Hotel TVs are exactly the scenario where a wireless HDMI adapter should shine, and it completely failed there.Eventually got it working at home, but the lack of clear directions made the whole process frustrating and inconsistent. Sometimes it connected, sometimes it didn't. I definitely misunderstood what this was. It gives you the ability to miracast/aircast to a screen which does not have that feature built in. I thought it included a USB C dongle so a phone without miracast could broadcast somehow, but apparently that's not what it is. That dongle looking thing in the pictures is just a USB A to USB C adapter.Anyway, it works fine and the image looks decent enough. It's pretty easy to setup and use. I honestly have no use for it right now since my primary phone uses chromecast, and my TV has miracast built in. Oh well, maybe I can use it in the future. Would b

This Wireless HDMI Mirroring Cable works as described . Just be aware of its limitations and you can’t go wrong here.I wanted this to be able to show photos and videos on my parents older TVs . I want this to be a fast, easy and secure way to simply mirror the screen of my I pad, phone , laptop and projector.I thought I would be able to watch my Prime or Netflix shows too but this only works with Youtube.For me this is perfect because it doesn’t require any difficult app , BT or Wifi connection setup.I would have loved a way to be able to connect truly wirelessly. I have to keep my phone , tab
