AAAAH. I love these headphones !! They feel sturdier than the og kraken headphones that I had previously for around 4 years. They sound wonderful for games, played overwatch, rivals and apex with great clarity. Music is also a treat to listen to with these, and the muffs are very comfortable after prolonged periods of use.The cute factor OBVIOUSLY plays a very big part in these headphones. The attachments are easy to remove and replace. My favorite being the bunny and bear. I honestly just wanted these for the cute factor, because I like pink, I like glowing lights, and I like kitty ear headbands. I wear these when I'm working in my home office and my boss thought they were hilarious when she saw on a zoom call. I wasn't expecting them to be as solidly constructed as they are, but it's made very solidly of metal with some plastic parts. I'm pretty sure this thing will last forever, but the downside is that it's notably more heavy than any of my other headsets. Aesthetically speaking, I love Razer's products. Their quartz edition is just so adorable and beautiful.However, I own the previous version of Kraken Kitty Headset, and after having SO MANY issues with their mic/voice disconnecting I was hesitated of purchasing the newer version, also it was nearly impossible finding another aesthetically pink and good gaming headset. HOWEVER, Razer Kraken Kitty V2 Pro is much better than the previous version. The sound is basically the same, the mic is good, and I'm not getting any voice disconnection anymore! I love almost everything about this. It sounds great, it fits well around my ears, it's adorable. The ears are easy to change and stay in place well. My one complaint is that it is heavy and the padding on the top of my head is not enough, so it hurts after a short time if I don't add padding. For as much as this costs, this shouldn't be a problem. The cord looks a little flimsy, but I've been using it three months now without a problem, so durability may be better than it looks. Fix the bad padding and this could be five-star amazing.

This is the most comfy headset I have ever used. Only minor con for me is the mic quality. I get complaints that if it’s not directly in front of my face ppl don’t hear me. The rgb syncs up with my other razor products through the razor app and is easy to control/change. Glad I decided on these

Nice but they don’t tell you that this is not covered by the razer warranty because they are not authorized sellers. I bought exactly one year ago and it just stopped working.

I love the pink, and the interchangeable light up ears are so cute and unique. The sound quality is really good as well. My games sounded crisp and immersive, with minimal background noise coming through.However, after a year of daily use the headband started to fall apart.
