purchased on March 17th 2026 and 5 months later neither battery will take a charge. called Rigid customer service and they stated they did not work with the seller we purchased from. That the seller should send us new batteries and chargers. Sent them a message and still waiting on response.
The batteries included in the combo don't work—they won't charge!
