I absolutely love this headset. The sound quality is exquisite! The mic is high quality, and gives crisp sound. It’s really light weight and fits on your head quite comfortably. The battery life is way longer than the advertised 12 hrs, I’d put it closer to 30. The manual controls on the headset all work great. The dolby access is so good too. If I had to gripe about something, it would be that it’s a dongle headset. I wish it was strictly bluetooth so i could use it with my phone. I’m telling you though, I game very heavily and this guy here is my go to.

First off, these headphones are light weight and comfortable to wear. With the Dolby Atmos settings done right on both the console sound settings and in the Dolby Access app, they sound amazing! They sound crisp and clear with plenty of bass. The spacial surround sound in games is really on point. My only gripe is how the Xbox will not switch back to Dolby Atmos for Home Theater while the dongle is plugged into the Xbox USB port, even is the headphones have been powered off. ...if you haven't already. I know $70 is a lot to gamble on for a gaming headset, but this is the best headset I've ever owned. I've had them about 2 years prior to this point, and they still hold the exact same charge they did the day I unboxed them. As far as price goes, again, I get it. $70 is a lot of money, but for a non-MLG top shelf headset thats going to run you a couple hundred, but one better than a $20-$40, this headset I'd put right around the middle. Worked amazing for a while but the micro USB charging port is seriously dated, very durable you can bend this thing completely and it'll be fine.

Everything was perfect but there are two things that confused me a little bit. 1. Sometimes you can’t hear anything and that means either you put it on 0 volume or you have the device switch on the wrong platform ps it is on pc by default. 2. You have to plug in the usb it is not wireless 100%

For the price point this headset is awesome. It's good clear crisp sound. Easy to setup and use. I am a gamer but I concentrate on the single player aspect. For my use this headset is perfect. Very comfortable for extended uae. My ears do not get warm and it does not feel heavy.I am sure in the more expensive headsets the sound is omnidirectional but as I don't need that I love this headset.I can switch it to my PC as easily as putting the USB receiver in my PC and flipping a switch on the receiver.I would recommend this product to everyone.

There is a defect with some of the USB receivers losing connection and very well could happen after the return date limit. It is not signal interference. Nacon knows there is a problem and will try not to approve a claim. There is also an app you have to purchase for $15 and is not disclosed under the connection type listed on the product page.
