Rockville ONE-Tower Black Bluetooth Tower Speaker with HDMI/Optical/RCA

I bought this to replace a bluesync GoGroove tower that quit working after less than 2 years of ownership when the internal power supply failed. The Rockville has a smaller footprint, and it is attractive. It isn't as powerful as the GoGroove, and it lacks a feature the GoGroove had that I miss, but overall it is a solid product. In my opinion it has a better build quality. It doesn't sound as nice as the GoGroove at high volume, but low to medium range is excellent. So is the sound disbursement around the room. Unless you sit right beside it, you really can't tell where the speaker is.

This is an excellent item. I wasn’t sure what to expect because I’ve tried other sound bars and they were not compatible with the Amazon TV, this one is. No distortion Easy functionality. Powerful with Crystal clear voice and good bass too.

Great Bang for the Buck, delivered on time. I bought 2 of them, connected them together to the TV with fiber optic cables and splitter. That way I'm blasting both of them in HIFI as long as the TV is on. The other players are all jacked into the TV so it plays everything. I wanted to ditch the soundbar sitting in front of my TV and my wife didn't want my big speakers and stereo equipment cluttering up the living room... I wanted Big sound in stereo! Update: I am returning this. The Bluetooth would not pick up at 13 feet after pairing. The documentation says 33 feet. I would give this 4 stars, but the optical port FELL APART within a day or two, when I moved the unit to vacuum. I was able to reconnect the sound with Bluetooth, so it's not a total loss. I would describe the sound quality as vintage "Hi-Fi". The treble is particularly crisp and the bass is rather mild. I do like the sound quality better than Vizio product it replaced.
