I got tired of Amazon trying to charge me for playing the music I purchased from them on my Echo. After their free 3 months of unlimited ended--which I never asked for--I can't get my music to play for more than maybe 2 hours. Sucks big time!!! (I have Echos in every room in my house!) So, looked for a way to play my music with a decent speaker system that I could hear throughout my home. Found this little box, and stoked that I could also play from a thumb drive as well. Does what I need it to do! My only problem is figuring out the order it plays from my usb drive. Seems random, even though

I expected less. It's performance is outstanding. I've used it playing Xbox sounds great, I've watched movies sounds awesome, I've listened to music and this little speaker delivers. For the price it's definitely a steal. I only wish they could connect more together I want one in every room in the house.

I actually really like this speaker. I was looking for an affordable speaker, and this was great. It sounds great, it’s a decent size (not too big). Only downside is the remote control is not the most efficient. Other than that….sounds great.

Great little unit for running background music in the welcome room of the office. I also used it for audio for a movie - it was sufficient but not optimal. Generically a good, clear, and well rounded sound, especially for the money. I would recommend this for music or podcast listening where high volume is not needed.

Sound quality is good. Volume is pretty good as well. Picks up radio stations well. Now the bad news. The remote has no range and has to be pointed directly at the unit. Buttons are over simplified, combining multiple functions in one Button, which might make the unit look less cluttered, it makes getting the desired action difficult. This combined with the less than responsive remote makes shifting between tracks, volume settings, and functions clunky and not the most user friendly. I knew what I wanted but not being very tech knowledgeable I didn't know how to accomplish it . . so I asked the AI Rufus a bunch of questions and the Rockville RHB70 Home Theater Compact Powered Speaker System was recommended. I just received the RHB70, unpacked it, skimmed the instructions, inserted a SD card and I have sound. It took all of 20 minutes to unpack and set-up. Great looking, easy to operate and great sound with right amount of bass. Now I can listen to all my CDs, albums, 45s and such that I converted to digital files without having to deal with batteries, recharging or leaving

This is why for all electronic products I buy on Amazon I NEVER write a review during the warranty period-never right away. Why? Because way too many electronics products manufactured this century are cheaply make garbage like this speaker. For example, I still have my Cuisinart multi function "blender/grinder, etc." working perfectly that I bought 35 years ago in the late 80s. My ancient Durbrand sound amp that I got from Kmart in the 1990s got beat up from my two year old rat terrier whom chew the speakers wires attract to the woofer. Nobody makes this brand anymore, which is a shame because the amplifier was so clear and loud when connected to my CRT TV set.
