I'll cut to the chase, the speakers sound descent for what you pay, don't expect to host an outdoor EDM party with them, but at descent volume they are fine for leisurely listening. They have weathered rain splatters and water and they are still holding up.My only complaint is the connecting the accessory speakers. I bought these for my backyard pergola to stream music via Bluetooth from my iPhone. I just installed them and tried them out, so I can’t yet attest to their durability, but here are some initial thoughts on functionality...1. Easy to setup & link speakers. It does have an odd speaker wire connection on the powered speaker, but if you have a straight tip jewelers screwdriver, it’s not hard to wire the two speakers together. The passive speaker has the more traditional style +/- terminals. Once wired together, it’s linked.2. Easy to install brackets. The brackets are pretty well thought out. “K

These speakers are amazing for what they are. Mounted outside under a soffit in Central NJ. I have two acres and you can hear them from every corner. Horrible winds, rain storms, even an EF1 tornado. Three years later listening to them now and they still sound perfect. For the price you can't do better.

These mountable speakers are awesome they sound really good it has good weight to them and are ready solid and sturdy and are easy to install. The sound quality is really good and the Bluetooth is great. I might get another pair soon maybe the white.

I really wanted this product to work well so I could rate it well. It sounded fine when it worked and was a great addition to our patio area. I had this in an enclosed area free of direct moisture. However, condensation from the air outside gathered on it and started shorting out our power. I am sure this would be a good speaker for inside however if you want to use it in any outside capacity pick up something else. It lasted a whole 14 days before I had to ship it back. As for the other qualities, it was easy to install. I wish the volume control was a little more accessible once it was up. D

CONS: If you're looking for good mid-range and low range these are NOT for you. Adjustable base and treble are irrelevant as these speakers are not good for mid range or low range. Speaker wire ports are not user friendly at all. Need an extremely small flat head to adjust tension screw. This could have easily been changed for larger ports. Plenty of room in back.PROs: easy to pair with BT capabilities. Easy to install but does NOT come with hardware to mount (not a big deal). Does not come with speaker wire to connect two speakers. Great size outdoor speakers. Good sound (note that should not be expecting JBL or Bose sound quality!!!).Easy to connect via BT. These can reproduce sound at the same time using wire and BT ! (Which I found great). Power cable is not that long (about 3-5 ft). I have this working on rca and BT (cable enters the speaker on white-red rca male connectors). So far (1 month daily use) I can recommend these.
