We have been really happy with this Roku Streaming Stick. Setup was straightforward and didn't take long, and once everything was connected, it was easy to start using. The menus are simple to navigate and having all of our different streaming apps accessible in one place makes things much more convenient.I especially like how small the actual streaming stick is. I know it has been said that for the specific lot #, Netflix has not been working. I decided to just take a chance and still order and hope for the best. However, i did end up receiving the same exact lot # that everyone had been saying was having troubles. Bought it 2.5 months ago. It's a great product, although it could be a tad faster. Amazon Prime takes about 45 seconds to load, Sling too, while other apps load much faster. WIFI connection is realiable, although sometimes you need to reboot in order to (re)connect. This happens rarely, but it does. Picture quality is acceptable, sound quality also. But the remote control? OMG. Horrible. Sometimes upon turning on the TV, remote simply doesn't work. Need to reboot the TV. I have to tell, this is the most wonderful and easy to use device I ever owned. I have a few Google cast sticks in my home, but the ROKU is much much better! I accidentally stumbled up on the thing as a recommendation from our cable guy. This is a good remote, it worked well and never failed me. I used it until yesterday when I had to change my provider. The batteries last a long time.
