It comes loaded with useful features, including built-in Alexa, Bluetooth calls, heart rate and sleep monitoring, and over 120 sports modes. Syncing with both iPhone and Android is seamless, making it a reliable and versatile everyday accessory.

It is not accurate first steps or distance. I tested it on a treadmill, did 3 miles exactly..it read 1.6 miles another test .88 miles. Not even close. And I wear it strapped tight.I will be returning it. Heart rate never reads over 98 in workouts, and other measures read 130-140.

For 19 bucks it’s a good deal. I just wanna try one of the smart watches and for the money. It’s a good way to learn if you want one or not the product seems to be good so far.
