The "refurbished" model at a significantly lower price appeared to be new in the original packaging. The headphones were pristine and in perfect working order. I had a pair of WH-1000XM5's that broke at the stem so I wanted to upgrade. The newer model are a real improvement in noise cancellation and sturdiness. I like that they fold for smaller carry in the case for travel. The company delivered quickly as promised. Great store!

In the market for these but even on sale, it was pricy so i reluctantly choose the refurb ones. Glad i did. It came with its nice case, closed, as in image, less a plastic bag around it. As far as i can tell, it came will everything as it would new. No signs of use or scratches.Wearing them, i found them better then expected. Comfortable protective and great sound. I use these when I am flying to protect my ears and listen to entertainment. The active noise cancelling is easy to use. I am also impressed with the sound quality and how comfortable they are even on long flights.

Great sound, great functionality, lightweight, I like high clamping force, great battery life. The pads leave little room for ears in terms of depth, which can definitely cause some pain. I replaced them with xl WC pads and that made wearing them not painful after long periods of time.

I can't recommend these. They stopped working after a week. They started spamming touch controls and the buttons stopped responding which is the exact same thing the XM5 did. I can't recommend anything from the XM headphone line because they all have the same issue. I should've known that if I got them refurbished that they'd have the same issue as the XM5. Took the brand new XM5 less than a year to get the issue and less than a week for the refurbished XM6. You have been warned

Very great quality product mere by only one major flaw, the matte finish!. It picks up finger oil easily, so much that it looks super old just under a day's handling from all the oil stains until you wipe down. You basically need to wipe down almost every time you touch it, so annoying
