This product is a larger size than most panini grills I have looked at, making it better for family use. What I was looking for were size, ease of use, ease of cleaning and functionality for different types of foods.This brand ticked all the boxes. Works great, Awesome sandwich maker

I really enjoyed using this! Made amazing paninis and was super easy to clean. I also used it opened flat for pancakes and it worked equally as well. A bit bug and bulky to leave on my counter, but if you have the space it has a nice look to it. It has tons of different settings, but I haven’t played around with it enough to really comment on those.

I was looking for something that would just make 1 grilled cheese sandwich or hamburger for a single lady who doesn't like to cook. I'm too impatient to cook 1 side of a sandwich, then flip it over to cook the other side, so I wanted something that would cook both sides at once and would be versatile enough to cook other "2 sided things", like hamburgers, for the same reasons. I read lots of reviews of different "sandwich cookers" and decided on this one because of the extra temperature and time controls, plus the removable, dishwasher safe plates for ease of cleaning. I like this unit a lot.

The digital controls and the ease of the removable grill pans are why I bought this one. Plus the list goes on - Heat the top, bottom, or both grills, my choice. The temperture is adjustable. It comes with a timer. You preheat and then cook. I waited 2 months and used it every day. I havent been able to find anything that I can say bad about this Sandwich maker. Because I can cook both sides at once I love this. Burgers , Steaks, Pork Chops, Venison, Fish, Toasted Cheese and the list goes on.., After Bacon, I get pancakes in a minute. There's a drip tray behind the grills for the bacon grease.

I bought one of these a little over a year ago after two frustrating experiences with George Foreman, impossible to clean, grills. I wanted a more versitile grill and after a great deal of investigating, I chose this one making yet another blunder. If the newer reviews were posted when I made this purchase I would've never have bought it. My husband picked this out for me. It is easy to use and more than one use. I like making pancakes on it, I can make 4 in 1/4 of the time. The press makes great sandwiches and has the panini press and the flat cooking side too.The cooking plates are dishwasher safe and even easy to clean. I have made paninis and the press is very good. It makes the sandwiches pretty even, at least when making 2 at a time. The heat is even and the pancakes cook evenly all within 30 seconds of each other(depending on how far apart you pour batter).
