This book first came to my awareness thru a reel.of hers on Instagram. I bought the book and started digging in right away. This woman definitely has a way of communicating that allows the message to really sink in, which is important when it comes to understand both the theory and the practice. I highly recommend this book to anyone who needs to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and those who they have contact with.

I’ve been locked in since I’ve gotten it. From the few pages /first chapter her story resonated with me.I will come back once I’ve finished. I am enjoying it very much.
