I got this trash can specifically because it claimed to be dual powered using 4 AA batteries or charging it through a usb-c port. I can even see the port in the video. I really dislike using batteries so I thought this would be a nice alternative.When I received it there was a sticker next to the batteries compartment on the back. As one who has bought several different types of these. They always come dented because of shoddy packaging. So I want to acknowledge how well this was packaged.Now for the can itself , it's a nice quality thick base, requires minimal batteries and the lid opens and closes with minimal fuss. It can be spotty at times where I will have to do the jedi hand wave a few times. But no biggie. All in all a great value and good materials.
