I use this every day too and from work. It has caught some great moments. The app is decent enough, easy to install. I had to get my own memory card but was not a problem. I haven't had any problems with reliability it does exactly what it says so very reasonable. The price is what sold me and that is why I gave it 5 stars. It helps me feel safe driving and gives me ease of mind.

This dash cam paid for itself.On July 4, 2026, after I withdrew money from an ATM, someone followed me and later smashed the driver's side window of my car. I’ve been using the 70mai M310 dash cam and overall I’m pretty impressed with it. The video quality is very clear, both during the day and in lower light conditions. License plates are readable at reasonable distances, and the footage doesn’t look grainy or washed out. For a compact dash cam, it performs really well. The build quality also stands out. It’s very easy to install and the camera quality works great. The app is easy to use and download the videos from. It’s able to record the entire front windshield view! You do have to be connected to the camera in order to retrieve the videos but I don’t mind.

Not the worse cam, but right away I hated that I could not run Android Auto (AA), and this cam simultaneously. It'll still records when you get it connected to your phones hotspot, but kinda pointless when the you don't have the "ease" of simply reviewing video when you want. At first I had to log off my AA, then connect the cam, but because I have AA programmed to connect automatically, I then had to "forget "AA" so the cam can use the wifi alone, and show video...(again you can't have both working simultaneously.) This was actually a little tricky to get it working, there are a couple steps to go through to get this to work, must use an email to sign up on the actual app that connects with dash cam, this dash cam does not have a camera of itself you have to use it through your cell phone but for the price it was I can't complain. I'm satisfied with the progress and it's easy to use once everything is set up. Works well, takes good clear images and good clear video IF you have the correct microSD card. I had ordered a 128gb card along with it, but the video quality was choppy when it did record, and often refused to format the card. If you're planning to purchase this item, I recommend getting an SD card from the Dollar General (lol). The PNY microSD from DG works great in it without any issues.
