Purchased this as a quick reference tool for mechanics so I don't have to haul my entire auto history folder around. I went through years of receipts and input the data into this book. Visually mechanic can look at and see when last transmission was flushed or tires changed etc. I keep track of it all in this book. Now when there is service I just mark it in book and put receipt in my folder. If I get a question I no longer have to search through a huge folder I simply look at this books column and see where I put the 'X' to get what I wrote.

Handy little book very detailed will do what it’s needed to do.

I wish they had a free note section in the beginning where you can add some personal stuff to it. My previous book had a page where I can write down all the maintenance intervals. Ex) Engine oil = 5000 miles or 12 months. Brake Fluid = every 3 years. Im the person whoactuallt read the owner's manual and write the recommended intervals down on a note. There is no section for that. Otherwise, its a book that will help you track regular and irregular maintenance without issue. Your car will most likely die before you fill all the pages unless you drive your car for 50 years.

Got when warranty ran out to keep records for new mechanic

This is a good little notebook. I suppose you can just have any random notebook and do this, track all your car maintenance. I like this though. It gives me a place with space for everything. It’s slim, simple. Just like the pictures people have posted. No bent pages or anything.

Having a maintenance logbook like this is invaluable for vehicle owners (like me) who can't remember what they did when and so need to write everything down. I've used notes in my iPhone, $.99 notebooks and the owners manual but they all have drawbacks. This books has none. It's got good space to make longer notes and workable columns and rows for noting regular vehicle maintenance. I'm getting one for every vehicle I own.
