Poor quality control
It arrived in a sealed box with no visible damage. That being said, the housing is scratched, and the motor vibrates quite a bit. The back draft damper doesn’t fit in the 6” duct hole correctly; a friction fit that holds the flaps shut seems counterintuitive. The two of the three fan speed buttons don’t work so I can only attest to the fan noise level at low speed. At low speed, it’s acceptable for a range hood. All in all, I’m very disappointed with the product and would not recommend it.

Gesture control is amazing
Loved how easy it was to install and use. I purchases this because of the gesture and remote control since I usually forget to turn on the vent before cooking. Now I can just use gestures instead of getting the range dirty. It also vents really well and the lights are a great touch.
