I got this product recently and I love using it since it is portable and easy to connect and operate itThe only problem I have with it is that the sparkler is not working I can hear the clicking but nothing lighting up the flame and have to use a lighter also I wish that the bottom plate was a little bit bigger so anything drips would catch it and not making too much mess.another issue I see is that when trying to put veggies on the top, can't leave them there and have to take them out because it is getting too hot, and can't have the veggie hot added to the sandwich since have to remove them

Wow! We love this thing, the reviews made us skeptical but we had absolutely no issues making gyros and our meat cooked perfectly in about 45-50 minutes. We cooked on high for about 10-15 minutes then low slow for the rest of the time. We were very confused because it worked so well, I’m sure those were valid issues everyone else had but frankly we wonder if it’s user error lol. Don’t forget to put water on top because we did for about 10 minutes.
