Our graduate had dreams of a hot dog roller stand at his graduation party. Looking at party store rentals, they were expensive, we had to figure out set up, and they didn't look so clean. We opted to purchase this one and are so glad we did. We got to practice making them ahead of time so we knew what to expect for timing during the party. OIL THE ROLLERS WITHOUT USING SPRAY? Well mister directions, what if I don’t have your fancy @s$ tipped bottle? I used a little paring knife to apply the oil. Got this a week ago & have been playing with temperatures. It was easy to get up & running, but lacking on how to cook a hot dog or any other similar item.I'll start with hot dogs. The instructions says to use vegetable oil the first use (which I did) & to pre-heat rollers to 350°. Once those are done...I laid the hotdogs down and it was stated that they take around 20 minutes. So, these did cook, but there are hot spots. It didn't affect the taste & for the ones I ate, were hot & juicy.Now I wanted to try cooking breakfast sausage links (Johnsonville). This was a great addition for a summer party I hosted. I had a "hotdog bar" so my guests could top their dog anyway they wanted. And, with guests arriving and eating at different times, the roller/cooker was very practical, (ensuring there were always fresh and hot wieners ready).

First - we ordered this seven months ago and when we opened this and put it together, we found one of the rollers was making a grinding noise. We contacted the seller and sent a video . Keep in mind, this is seven months after purchase .. and the seller agreed.. it was not operating correctly . The seller sent a brand new one that we received within two days!!! The kids' friends love the novelty when I bust this guy out. Easy to clean, cooks well and keeps the dawgs warm. I have also successfully used for taquitos and egg rolls. I'm sure there are many more cylindrical foods to be rollered!

This item is super great quality item keeps pre-cooked hot dogs warm. But putting glass together was not easy I had second thoughts about building the top glass part for safety but with help of four people we managed to put it together the glass is super sturdy and presentable.
