I contacted Customer Service and after initial discussions, they promptly replaced the camera, no hassle or argument. This is my in depth review of the Wuuk Cam Pro. First off, before even purchasing a home security camera system I did extensive research as to make sure I was aware of what was on the market and where I could get the most bang for my buck. The video quality is great I use these daily. Last a pretty long time maybe a month and half if I had to say. Easy to install and fast charging. Definitely a bang for your buck!!

My only complain it's the app, I had issues connecting it to Alexa, tried for a few times but finally got it working.
