Zodiac Academy: The Awakening

This is a great series! The authors do a wonderful job of making you laugh, cry, and want to throw the book across the room then set it on fire. I have personally never felt so much hatred towards book characters as I have throughout this series (currently on book 8/9). But the anger lets you enjoy the good stuff so much more. The plot twists continue to surprise me in the most infuriating ways and I can’t help but wonder if I hate the authors or desperately want to be friends with them.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I genuinely enjoyed The Awakening and found it hard to put down. The world-building was unique, the magic system was interesting, and Tory and Darcy were easy characters to root for. I started this one mainly because it just kept popping up and I was finally like okay I'll see what it's about and after reading the summary was like this might be good but it wasn't like what I've been into lately so I was like meh I'll just start it and see. As soon as I started reading this book I got hooked I loved the bullying but hated the betrayal overall a very good book and couldn’t put it down :)

Everything I’ve heard leading up to starting this series was spot on. It reads like a very entertaining CW tv show. Book 1 gave HP & the chamber of secrets heavily for me but in an inspired and refreshing way. The Vega twins were getting bullies so hard that I almost put it down because I felt so bad for them but I’m glad that I continued. The awakening is an easy read that is action packed, and full of emotion ranging moments. My jaw dropped one to many times.I couldn't fathom the AUDACITY of what the Vega girls were put through going to Zodiac Academy.I trust NO ONE.I was cringing from everything they were going through. I was going through the pages quickly. Needing to see what happened next.This is a true Bully Fantasy read. Read trigger warnings before attempting to read.I'm happy to be able to read the next book.Currently now I dispise the Heirs.
