So far I really like this product. It's very easy to set up basically Plug and Play, the cameras have good resolution are clear and can be swivel right left up and down almost in a full 360° Circle. They have two-way sound and the siren that you can activate on each camera. They have decent night vision and the auto tracking, of moving objects, is a lot of fun to watch. On the downside the guides sent with this camera system don't go into a lot of detail on some of the settings and what some of the terminology is. I've purchased cameras from this company before and I wanted to up grade so I bought another set of cameras and NVR from OOSSXX. The system is easy to setup because it's mostly plug n' play.

This is a great set of security cameras! You can move the cameras to any position and can zoom in on anything. They are a good size and easy to install and use. They are working well for us. They are very very clear even on night vision. We are very impressed and happy with this security camera set! Highly recommend. I give them 5 stars across the board!

I bought this camera system thinking that it would be better than the previous ones and it turned out to be straight garbage. The camera main system stopped working for no reason about 3 months after purchase. And the cameras sound is no longer working as well. I only realized that the sound was not working because I still had the previous version of this camera system which I connected it to see if I could still use at least the cameras, but there is no sound. The manufacturer was very disrespectful and uncooperative and he also told me that if I wanted I could send it in to be repaired. But

Only last 2 years, tried to he help. But I only got offer to buy a new DVR, I will have to pay almost the same as buying a new system. No trouble shooting help at all. Really poor customer service oh man how this people stay in business

So this is my opinion and my experience with this system. I previously had a 6 channel wireless Zmodo system and it was a pleasure ripping it out to install this system. In comparison I now realize how it was complete junk not to mention they want your money to record on the cloud because the NVR (if you can find one) only supports 720 while the camera's are 1080 and the recording time was 24 hrs with 4 camera's. Did I mention I had to upgrade to a $400.00 router? Yeah the wireless range was terrible. Alexa also had to be constantly reset to use them, laggy to connect and sometimes camera's fa
