ANNKE 16 Channel Security Camera System 5MP PoE, Two-Way Audio, 2TB HDD

I’m really happy with this camera set! The setup was surprisingly easy, everything connected quickly without any complicated steps. The image quality is excellent—clear and sharp both day and night. I also love how convenient the app is. I can check the live feed remotely anytime, and it loads fast without lag. Overall, a great security system that’s simple to use and very reliable. Highly recommend!

Unboxed and installed this system today at my home. Coming from a older and smaller BNC system from Annke, setup was simple as I already had the app set up. The new NVR was detected in the app immediately and was added without any trouble.The cameras are decent, as to be expected for 5mp cameras. I may upgrade to higher quality cameras in a couple locations at the front of house in the future for more precise images. The cameras do seem of good quality construction. I purchased this unit for the AI ability to detect people and vehichles. I have camera #1 at its lowest sensitivity, 20%, and I get alerts about my large dogs sitting by the front door. The AI actually does the job most of the time, it never triggers on clouds, leaves, lights turning on/off at night, and 90% of the time on this lowest setting it only triggers on people. Got it today and connected everything. The DVR had no problem recognizing the 1TB hard drive and it installed easily. All 8 cameras worked as expected, the night vision kicks in instantly but the infrared are noticable when looking directly at them. No big deal. The instructions are not the best but that's what google is for and the DVR programming is like using Windows so you'll figure it out easy enough. The android app that is made for this system works perfectly despite what others have written about the app. I will update my review as time goes on so as for now, 5 stars.***UPDATE***After

I am very happy so far with this system for the price. I have only had this running for a few days but after installing a 1TB SATA HDD using the included screws I was on the air. The apps for this work well, especially the Android app which I downloaded from http://sanncegroup.com/ support area. The camera quality is pretty good during the day and OK at night, though in grayscale/black & white work well if there is an external light source or with the internal IR at close range (about 15~20 feet max). Save your time and money and go with a more reputable brand. First, this is a killer deal for a 16 channel nvr and 8 cameras. That’s about where it ends. Do the cameras produce images… yes, does the system record, yes, is it going to get you license plates and faces….. maybe but probably no.I installed this system in my new house. Great system, especially for the price. HD video great. Setup and install easy. Nice phone app. Had issue with one camera show black image at night even though the unfired was lighting up, I immediately thought defective camera. Used Amazon support (waste of my time) So I went to manufactures support. Got response within 24 hours on how to determine the issue, then they will warranty replacement. Totally understandable. Turns out to be either damaged wire (install may have pinched it), or having a 50’ plus 100 foot for total 150 wire run dropped voltage. Only needed 90 feet. Replaced that and
