Nice little NVR system. I installed cameras at 10-12 feet as recommended and wound up with a terrible fisheye looking view. I had the camera lenses tilted down slightly to see everything I wanted to see but with less sky. The pictures looked like a tall hill in the middle. I lowered the cams to 7 or 8 feet and raised the lenses to horizontal and the pictures are near perfect.Very pleased overall. The app works well on our phones and the grid view on our 40 inch TV is very clear. Everything is zoomable also...makes it easy to keep track of the dog when he goes out. Installation was perfect.

I recommend this set up i have been using annke for years first time with wide cameras. Phone connection is quick and you will receive alerts instantly. This wide angle cameras will flash lights with motion. Installation is easy I cover sides, back and front of my house with just 4 cameras and you can zoom in 8x.

I've been using an old Q-See NVR for a few years, and nighttime videos are really grainy. A few months ago, I added an Annke FCD800 camera to the network (and had BlueIris record the stream) - I was pleasantly surprised by how good the color vision works. Cameras have great resolution however, the owners manual was very complicated. This is the reason why I returned it. The owners manual is many many pages.. my Lorex system had a quick start guide that was less than three pages.
