This camera system is fabulous. It tracks all the traffic in my neighborhood, in my front yard. My nosy ass neighbor works perfect. it was easy to set up. I love the color night vision and the ability to set it in one location like your front door, and when someone walks up to it, attracts him, dropping off a package and tracks him leaving and in the same breath, it catches that dirty porch pirate in action.

One of my cameras went out. They replaced it easily. The system works great. Very clear

So far have had two cameras randomly fail now. Tried replacing wiring thinking that could be the issue and it is not. NVR system keeps randomly crashing and rebooting. When it does work it is amazing, not sure what it is but my two cameras are blinking red. 🤦‍♂️Update 07/10/26Reached out to customer support and received a response. Hopefully the resolution they came up with fixes the problem. They responded within 24hrs. Customer service was surprisingly helpful and good! Would recommend to a friend based on customer service experience.

The cameras are offline more than they are online. We have had our IT professional look into the network and determined it is an issue with the ieGeek system. We reached out to ieGeek and they actually seemed willing to help and even offered so send a new system. We accepted and received one camera which does nothing for the issues of the system being offline. What good does a security system do if it is offline all the time? This system is too expensive to not work and we would not recommend this to anyone.

This is described as a entry level NVR with very few features that are normally found on your typical NVR. I was testing the NVR and camera system with 4 cameras connected and found that the video frame rate was noticeably slowed down, to the point that when it would have bicyclist cross in front of the camera, at a leisurely pace, that sometimes it seemed to be so bogged down that it would show the bikes skipping across the screen, like it was taking a photo every couple of feet.It seems that most of the typical features that you would come to expect on most NVRs seem to be disabled or unsupp
