The support team that services this product is pretty awesome. They are quite responsive and will keep being responsive until the issue is resolved. Props to Doris!Secondly, this unit uses a cloud service to connect your smart phone or laptop into the camera. There's no configurability here - it either works or it doesn't. Seems like the only point of failure IMO. Given how inexpensive this set is, I hope they have enough regular revenue to keep the Amazon Web Service running so we can access the device. If all else fails, I appreciate that their cameras use standard protocols and should work

What you get for your money is awesome. This brand offers a great quality picture and great cameras for the price that they charge while you may not get 4K resolution if you just need a basic picture on a basic system without the high cost this is by far the brand for you

Good value for the money
Purchased the system in October.Installed in early to mid November.System worked well, mobile app is a little lacking as you have to reload the system to get the video to update every time. Other than that the app works fine, easy to view and capture photo or video. Once you get familiar with the app it gets easier.Night vision cameras do have a bit of a spotlight feel to them but are clear enough to tell what's happening. With just a little bit of ambient light the night vision feature turns off and it goes to color even in darkness. Use care when choosing placement of cameras close to light

Remote software is the worst I have ever seen
I would have given it minus stars, but that is not available. The camera quality is good and everything works well, but the software is absolutely terrible. Trying to view playback is like herding cats. It just goes where it wants to. The software is probably the worst I have ever seen. I have installed several similar systems with no problems at all. I hate to think what it would be like if I ever needed to download video off this system. I have done the updates and still is terrible. I would have never purchased this system if I had known.

When you have a problem, their tech support and remediation are top rate.
Good product, great cameras. More importantly, I had an NVR problem and the remediation and support were excellent. Cathy supported me for my problem. She responded promptly and daily and has worked to solve the problem effectively.
