FaceBook best way to contact Zosi
Our system was in use for just under 1 year. Yes, I am guilty of not installing it for a week or so, but it is a good system. After a while, our power supply went out and trying to contact Zosi for a couple days, I finally tried facebook. They were more than helpful once I found my order number and replaced the defective power supply even though, according to the tech, the warranty expired two days before. The system is back up and running. Thank You Zosi!

Worst System and Worst Customer Service EVER!!!!!!
From Day 1, I did not receive the entire shipment. They shipped it in three separate boxes. 3rd box with the ethernet cables never came. I fought with Customer Service for days. Then, I use my own ethernet cables to get some cameras online. 5 total. The indicator lights on the front of the NVR never worked. Then, I was locked out of the NVR and had to get a SuperUser Password. THEN....they told me to upgrade the NVR, followed by upgrading the cameras. I did exactly that. The pictures tell the story after I did their broken upgrade. I demanded a new NVR to be shipped overnight with a return shi

These cameras are just okay. Not really worth the price. During play back there's a lot of missed and unrecorded footage.

Great tech/customer support
I had a new system where the NVR went bad. After contacting the ZOSI team, they were more than helpful. After troubleshooting, the team determined the NVR was bad and they immediately sent a replacement. Excellent service!!! As for the system, the system is very easy to install and we are very happy with its performance. Slina was a great representative of ZOSI. Thanks for helping me Slina!
