    NVR keep rebooting

    My NVR keep rebooting when hooked up to internet but Slina with Zosi helped me out tremendously and they stayed with me all the way thru the process of sending me another NVR to fix the problem

    Great Support

    I bought a 16 channel system over a year ago for our new house. After being over the warranty, the NVR would not format the disc. The support team offered to replace the NVR. Cathy was great to deal with and everything is working as it should. Despite being out of warranty she helped to fix the problem anyway. Thanks to the support team and Cathy.

    Great system for price - but cameras sometimes have power supply issues

    This is a great system for the price! Had a previous version. I replaced the previous version, as it was less expensive than replacing all the cameras that had ceased to function properly (bad power supplies and some would not switch between day and night modes).This new one worked well, however, one of the cameras already has a power supply issue and will not start after approximately six months of use. From the sounds of other reviews, customer service is good. I have to now contact them and see if they have a solution.

    Quality Issues with Cameras

    Very poor quality cameras. I've had water incursion in several of these. The base of the camera will break off when screwing down when mounting. The NVR's seem well enough but take time to learn how to use. My greatest complaint with zosi is their lack of support after you've purchased thousands of dollars of their products. I've emailed them with no answer or any response.Better think long and hard.
