Zero customer service. NO customer service phone number. No one replied to my email. The camera was fuzzy after we zoomed it out the pixels degraded. Other than that the system works fine.

I have now purchased five Onwote systems because they work so well. Best system on market for ease of install, great camera recognition, easy playback and backup of important records, great help response to even emailed questions and best remote playback service I have found.
