Worth every penny! We’ve had this system for almost a year now and it has exceeded our expectations. Super easy to set up! Great quality ! Very clear, crisp images/video. My husband and i share the app on our phone and it’s easy to navigate and change settings if needed.And i wanted to brag on the customer service department. I am happy with this purchase but there were some issues. The hardware was straight forward. The cameras worked great and the video was good. The software is not easy to navigate. I was not able to record after set up. I did get through to tech support. The hard drive was not formatted but a few mouse clicks and it was. The tech support really was useful and supportive. The system software is menu based and displays lots of information. That makes it a little hard to navigate but it can be done. I followed the directions in the manual I downloaded and was able to set up the recording parameter

The product itself is easy to set up. The hard part is running the wiring. But once that’s done the cameras are really great. I thought these were PTZ, since the app and screen shows the option but these cameras aren’t. Very happy

It was extremely difficult to set up for A NOVICE like myself. But I was able to contact the GW support center and was greeted by a technician named Ed and he was extremely knowledgeable and helped me set it up correctly. 5 stars for Ed,

I purchased this system to monitor my Mother's house while she's in rehab recovering from a broken hip. I have a larger system for my home and chose this product based on my personal experience with GW's product quality, value, and awesome technical support.Setup and configuration was straight forward and simple for the NVR and the included cameras. I'm no stranger to pulling network wire and prefer hardwired PoE cameras over wireless due to the reliability and performance gain. Been through many security cameras systems, all have been returned within a week. Bought these back in March 2024. Very good cameras, but more importantly the support is phenomenal . Support with other systems is terrible.

This camera system was very very easy to install. I was able to configure in less than 20 min. Nice picture quality and great night vision.

I do wish that they would give you instructions that anyone could understand. It gave me paper instructions that the print is so small you can hardly read it. I went on line and it didn't help me much. It works well when you get it going. I used my existing GW cameras from my older system. Having some understanding helped me.
