Best Dual Basket Air Fryers in 2026: Two-Zone Air Fryers for Whole Meals Ranked by Owners

Seven dual basket and dual zone air fryers ranked by capacity, sync features and owner reviews: Gourmia 10 Qt, Cuisinart ADZ-112, Emphsism 12 Qt, Ninja Crispi, HoninJoy, Elite Gourmet, Emeril.

Our top pickGourmia Air Fryer - 10 Qt Dual Basket Ca…9.0Our score

A single-basket air fryer makes one thing at a time, which is why dinner from it is usually fries and then the chicken, or chicken and then the fries. A dual basket air fryer runs two independent zones with their own time and temperature, and the good ones have a sync button that staggers the start so both baskets finish together. That is the whole appeal: a protein and a side, hot at the same moment, without a second appliance. We ranked the dual basket and dual zone air fryers in our home and kitchen catalog by total capacity and how it is split, whether the zones are separate drawers or a divider, sync finish and match cook features, preset count and temperature range, cleanup, and what thousands of owners report after months of weeknight use.

We have not cooked in every one of these ourselves; the verdicts rest on the published specs and the owner review history. Prices are not printed because they change daily; every button opens the live Amazon page. For single-basket models see our air fryers guide, and for big single baskets our large air fryers for families guide.

How we picked

  • Two independent zones. Every pick cooks two foods at different times and temperatures; five use separate drawers, two use a removable divider in one basket.
  • A sync feature. All seven have a sync finish or smart finish mode so both zones end together, and most have a match or copy mode for double batches.
  • At least 8 quarts total. From the Ninja’s 8 quarts to 12 quarts on the biggest drawer models and 25 quarts on the oven.
  • Dishwasher-safe baskets and plates on every pick.
  • Owner history. Every pick has at least a hundred owner reviews and a strong owner rating or better; the Emeril oven has thousands.

Gourmia Air Fryer - 10 Qt Dual Basket Capacity, Stainless Steel
Capacity10 qt total, two 5 qt basketsSyncSmart Finish syncs end times; Match Cook copies settings across basketsPresets7 one-touch functionsHeatingFryForce 360 circulationCleanupTwo nonstick crisper trays and baskets, dishwasher safeFinishStainless steel

The Gourmia is the dual basket air fryer to buy if you want the format without studying it. Two 5-quart drawers each run their own time and temperature, Smart Finish staggers the start so chicken and fries land together, and Match Cook copies one basket’s settings to the other for a double batch of wings. Seven one-touch functions cover the weeknight basics, the FryForce 360 airflow crisps evenly by owner account, and both baskets and crisper trays go in the dishwasher. The stainless steel front is a small luxury at this price. It has fewer presets than the 12-in-1 machines below, no window, and 5 quarts a side feeds four comfortably rather than six. Hundreds of owners rate it strongly, which is the biggest base among the drawer-style picks, and the reviews are consistent: simple, fast, easy to clean.

Pros
  • Two true 5 qt drawers with Smart Finish and Match Cook
  • Hundreds of owner reviews with a strong owner rating, the largest base among the drawer models
  • Stainless front looks better than the usual black plastic
  • Usually the lowest price for a 10 qt dual drawer
Cons
  • Seven presets, fewer than the 12 and 13-function picks
  • No viewing window
  • 5 qt per side is enough for four, tight for six

Cuisinart Dual Basket Air Fryer, Two Baskets 11 Qt in Total, 6 Functions: Air Fry, Roast, Bake, Broil, Dehydrate and Keep Warm, Features Sync Finish and Sync Settings, Toss Reminder and Auto-Pause, ADZ-112
Capacity11 qt total, two 5.5 qt basketsSyncSync Finish and Sync SettingsFunctionsAir fry, roast, bake, broil, dehydrate, keep warmPresets5 air fry presets: wings, fries, frozen snacks, vegetables, nuggetsExtrasToss reminder, auto-pause, auto-warmCoatingCeramic nonstick, dishwasher safe; fits a 9 x 5 loaf pan

Cuisinart’s ADZ-112 is the dual basket for people who want the brand-name touches. The two 5.5-quart baskets are ceramic nonstick, the broil function is a real one, and the small features are the ones you use daily: a toss reminder mid-cook, auto-pause when you pull a drawer, and auto-warm when a basket finishes early. Sync Finish and Sync Settings do what they say, and five presets cover wings, fries, frozen snacks, vegetables and nuggets. Cuisinart states each basket takes 1.5 pounds of fries, 2 pounds of wings, four cutlets, a 4-pound whole chicken or four salmon fillets, and a standard 9 x 5 loaf pan fits for bread. It arrived recently, so its hundreds of owner reviews are fewer than the Gourmia’s, and it has fewer presets than the 12-function machines, but the owner rating is strong and the praise is for even results and easy cleanup. It costs more than the generic 12-quart units; the ceramic coating and the Cuisinart support are what you are paying for.

Pros
  • Ceramic nonstick baskets rather than PTFE
  • Toss reminder and auto-pause when a drawer opens
  • Each 5.5 qt basket fits a 4 lb whole chicken or 2 lb of wings
  • Hundreds of owner reviews with a strong owner rating
Cons
  • Newer model with a smaller review base than the Gourmia
  • Six functions, no steak or fish presets
  • Priced above the 12 qt generic models

Emphsism 12QT Large Air Fryer, 13-in-1 with 10°F Precision Control, Dual Zone Air Fryer with Removable Divider, 1 x 12QT Mega Zone or 2 Independent 6QT Zones, Sync Finish and Dual Cook, Viewing Window
Capacity12 qt as one zone, or two 6 qt zones with the removable dividerSyncSync Finish and Dual CookFunctions13 incl. air fry, steak, cake, vegetables, broil, chicken, dehydrate, fish, fries, defrost, keep warm, preheat, reheatTemperature10-degree F stepsWindowFront viewing window with a light for each zoneFeeds6 to 8; fits a whole chicken, 30 wings or a 9 inch pizza

The Emphsism solves the one problem with two-drawer air fryers: neither drawer is big enough for a whole chicken and a tray of vegetables. Its single 12-quart basket takes a removable divider, so you get two independent 6-quart zones with their own time and temperature, Sync Finish and Dual Cook, or pull the divider out and roast a whole bird, 30 wings or a 9-inch pizza in one space. A front window with a light for each zone lets you check browning without opening it, there are 13 functions including steak, fish and defrost, and the temperature moves in 10-degree steps. The divider layout has a drawback: both zones live in one drawer, so checking one food exposes both, and the unit is bigger on the counter than the Gourmia. Hundreds of owners rate it strongly and most mention the window and the mega-zone flexibility as the reasons they chose it over a two-drawer model.

Pros
  • One 12 qt mega zone or two 6 qt zones, the most flexible layout here
  • Viewing window and separate lights so you do not open the drawer
  • 13 functions and 10-degree temperature control
  • Hundreds of owner reviews with a strong owner rating
Cons
  • Divider design means both zones share one drawer
  • Larger footprint than the 10 qt Gourmia
  • Newer brand with less track record

Ninja Crispi DualZone Glass Countertop Air Fryer, Cyberspace, DD101BL1
Capacity8 qt total, two 4 qt glass containersSyncSmart Finish staggers starts; Match Cook mirrors zone 1 to zone 2FunctionsAir fry, bake, dehydrate, max crisp, roast, recrispMaterialCleanCrisp glassware, no PFAS or PTFE, thermal-shock resistantStorageBPA-free lids so the containers go fridge to fryer to tableLoadingSelf-aligning front track

The Ninja Crispi DualZone is the first glass air fryer with two zones, and it exists for people who have stopped trusting nonstick coatings. Each zone is a 4-quart CleanCrisp glass container with no PFAS or PTFE, built to survive the jump from fridge to fryer, and because each comes with a BPA-free lid you can prep in it, cook in it, serve from it and store the leftovers in it. Smart Finish staggers the starts and Match Cook mirrors the settings for a double batch, with six functions including max crisp and recrisp, and the containers slide in on a self-aligning track. The compromises are capacity and price: 8 quarts total is the smallest here, so it is a two-to-four-person machine, and it costs more than the 12-quart plastic-drawer units. Owners give it an excellent rating across hundreds of reviews, the best on this page, and the theme is that the glass changed how they use the appliance.

Pros
  • Glass containers with no PFAS or PTFE coating to wear off
  • Cook, store and serve in the same container with the included lids
  • Thermal-shock glass goes from fridge to fryer
  • Hundreds of owner reviews with an excellent owner rating, the best here
Cons
  • 8 qt total is the smallest capacity on the page
  • Costs more than the 12 qt drawer models
  • Glass containers are heavier than drawers

12QT 12-in-1 Large Dual Basket Air Fryer with 50pcs Paper Liners
Capacity12 qt total, two 6 qt basketsSyncSync Finish and sync settings with one buttonFunctions12 presets incl. fry, bake, roast, grill, dehydrate, reheat, preheatWindowViewing windowIncluded50 silicone-coated paper linersSafetyAuto shut-off and overheat protection; dishwasher-safe baskets and trays

This HoninJoy unit is the most air fryer per dollar on the page: two separate 6-quart drawers for a 12-quart total, independent heating in each, a one-button sync so both baskets run the same program or finish together, 12 presets, a viewing window and a digital touchscreen with auto shut-off and overheat protection. Fifty silicone-coated paper liners come in the box, which owners mention as often as the cooking. The baskets and trays are nonstick and dishwasher safe. It is a generic brand, so expect less polish in the manual and support than Cuisinart or Ninja, its review base is among the smaller ones here, and two 6-quart drawers make it a wide machine. Still, hundreds of owners rate it strongly, and if you need the capacity of the Emphsism with the two-drawer convenience of the Gourmia at the lowest price, this is the compromise.

Pros
  • Two full 6 qt drawers for the price of a 10 qt
  • Fifty paper liners in the box cut cleanup to nothing
  • Viewing window and a digital touchscreen
  • Hundreds of owner reviews with a strong owner rating
Cons
  • Generic brand (HoninJoy) with thinner support
  • Smallest review base here apart from the Cuisinart
  • Big on the counter

Elite Gourmet 11Qt Dual Zone Air Fryer Oven, Dual Basket, 1600W, PFAS-Free
Capacity11 qt, one space or two zones with a removable dividerSyncSync Finish and Sync CookPresets10 incl. air fry, bake, roast, broil, toast, warm, reheat, dehydrateTemperature160 to 400 F with dual independent timersPower1600W with dual convection fansCoatingPFAS-free

Elite Gourmet’s dual zone is the cheapest way to get PFAS-free cooking and a divider design. The 11-quart basket splits into two zones with a removable divider, each with its own timer, or opens up for a 5 to 6-pound chicken or a 9-inch pizza; Sync Finish lines up two foods and Sync Cook copies the settings. There are ten presets, a 160 to 400 F range, and 1600W driving two convection fans, which is more airflow than most budget machines. Its owner rating is solid rather than strong, the lowest on this page, with the critical reviews about build and the divider seal rather than results, and like the Emphsism both zones sit in one drawer. For a household that wants the two-zone trick and the PFAS-free basket and does not want to spend Cuisinart money, it is the budget route; the Gourmia is the better machine if two separate drawers matter more than the coating.

Pros
  • PFAS-free basket at a budget price
  • 11 qt space takes a 5 to 6 lb chicken or a 9 inch pizza with the divider out
  • Dual convection fans and 1600W
  • Hundreds of owner reviews
Cons
  • Solid rather than strong owner rating, the lowest here
  • Divider layout shares one drawer
  • Toast function is a stretch in a basket fryer

Best dual zone air fryer oven alternative

Emeril Lagasse Dual Zone Technology 25QT Air Fryer Oven

8.8Our score
Emeril Lagasse Dual Zone Technology 25QT Air Fryer Oven
Capacity25 qt French door oven with two temperature zonesSyncQuickSync matches times and settings across zonesPresets24 incl. ribs, defrost, bake, toast, chicken, pizza, pastry, slow cook, roast, reheat, keep warmSpeedDual-speed fan; claims up to 60 percent fasterTypeCountertop air fryer and toaster oven comboFormFrench doors with removable dividers

The Emeril is here for one reason: a lot of people searching for a dual basket air fryer really want to cook two things at once, and this oven does that with two temperature zones in a 25-quart French-door box. Pull the dividers and it is a full toaster oven and air fryer with 24 presets from ribs and pizza to slow cook, pastry and defrost; leave them in and the top and bottom zones run at their own temperature with QuickSync to finish together. It has thousands of owner reviews, by far the most on this page, and a strong rating. It is also not a basket fryer: there is no drawer to shake, the racks and trays take more cleaning, it is large, and it costs more than anything above. If counter space is tight or you want the simplicity of drawers, stop at the Gourmia or Cuisinart; if you also need a toaster oven, this replaces both.

Pros
  • Thousands of owner reviews with a strong owner rating, the biggest base on the page
  • 25 qt and 24 presets: it replaces a toaster oven too
  • Two temperature zones that cook at once, or one big oven with the dividers out
  • Slow cook, toast and pizza, which no basket fryer does
Cons
  • An oven, not baskets: no drawers, no shaking, and more to clean
  • Takes a lot of counter space
  • Costs more than any basket model here

Two drawers or one basket with a divider?

Two separate drawers (Gourmia, Cuisinart, HoninJoy, Ninja) are the classic layout: you can pull one basket to shake the fries without disturbing the chicken, and each side is sealed from the other’s smell and smoke. The cost is that no single drawer is big enough for a whole chicken or a sheet of vegetables. The divider layout (Emphsism, Elite Gourmet) fixes that by giving you one large 11 or 12-quart space that splits in two when you want it to, at the price of a shared drawer and a little flavor crossover if the divider does not seal perfectly. Pick drawers if most meals are a protein plus a side; pick a divider if you roast whole birds or cook for six.

Sync finish, match cook and the presets that matter

Every pick here has some form of sync finish, which is the feature that justifies a dual zone: set chicken for 22 minutes and fries for 14, press sync, and the fryer holds the fries until the chicken has eight minutes left. Match or copy cook does the opposite, running both zones identically for a double batch. Preset counts range from six on the Cuisinart and Ninja to 24 on the Emeril oven, but in practice people use air fry, roast, reheat and maybe dehydrate; a steak or fish preset is a convenience, not a necessity. Temperature resolution is worth a glance: the Emphsism moves in 10-degree steps, which helps with delicate things like fish and pastry.

Coatings, cleanup and counter space

Nonstick drawers are standard, and the Gourmia and HoninJoy use the usual coating; the Cuisinart’s ceramic nonstick and the Elite Gourmet’s PFAS-free basket are the middle ground, and the Ninja’s glass containers remove the coating question entirely while adding fridge-to-table storage. All seven have dishwasher-safe baskets and plates, and the HoninJoy’s 50 paper liners mean many owners never scrub at all. Measure the counter before you buy: a 12-quart two-drawer unit is wide, the Emeril oven is a toaster oven and then some, and the compact 8-quart Ninja is the only one that fits where a single-basket fryer used to. At Do Best Deal we would start with the Gourmia unless one of those specific needs (glass, divider, oven) is the reason you are shopping.

Can I cook two different foods at two different temperatures?

Yes, that is the point of every pick here. Each zone has its own time and temperature, and sync finish staggers the start so both are ready together. The Emeril oven does the same with a top and bottom zone.

Is 10 quarts enough for a family of four?

Yes. Two 5 qt baskets each hold about 1.5 lb of fries or 2 lb of wings, which feeds four. For six or more, or for a whole chicken, choose the 11 or 12 qt divider models or the 12 qt two-drawer HoninJoy.

Which dual basket air fryer has no PFAS?

The Ninja Crispi uses glass containers with no PFAS or PTFE, the Elite Gourmet is listed as PFAS-free, and the Cuisinart uses a ceramic nonstick coating. The Gourmia and HoninJoy use conventional nonstick.

Do both baskets have to be used at once?

No. You can run one zone alone for a small meal, which also saves energy. On the divider models you can also remove the divider and use the whole basket as one large air fryer.

Dual basket air fryer or air fryer toaster oven?

Drawers are faster to use and clean and take less space; an oven like the Emeril also toasts, bakes bread and slow cooks and has more capacity. If you already own a toaster oven, buy a two-drawer fryer; if you are replacing both, consider the Emeril.
