Open-ear or in-ear for running?
Open-ear headphones like the Sense Lite leave your ear canal empty: nothing to seal, nothing to sweat under, and you hear everything around you, which matters on a road with no sidewalk. The cost is less bass and music that competes with traffic. In-ear buds with a hook, like the Endurance Peak line, seal for full sound and use an ambient mode to let some of the street back in. Treadmill or trail: go in-ear. Road at dusk: go open-ear.
Fit is everything

Which of these can I rinse under the tap after a run?
