I've had these since May 2024 and I keep finding myself coming back to them. Where I work I can not use noise canceling and need to be aware of people trying to call out to me. One of the best sounding Open-Ear Buds on the market. But the hook is so badly designed that really hurts my ears when wearing them for over 5 minutes. Trying all the different ways to hook on but to no success. It’s such a good sounding and easy to use earbud that I’m willing give a few more goes before making the decision to return or not.

I’m 64 year old male rock / metal music lover. I’ve used JBL products for years. These open ear headphones are great! Got them on Mar 18,2026 set um up already had the app. Used them while working on my deck replacing deck boards. Wore them 4 hours straight answered 2 phone calls sound quality is great, comfort awesome no issues putting on and taking off my glasses with headphones on. Just be aware load noises drown out the sound saws, lawn mowers etc. since not in the ear product.

11/5/25 Update. I have had these a bit over a month and am beyond return window. Unfortunately TOO LATE TO RETURN I spent almost an extra $100 for these over another brand ALL BECAUSE they ostensibly can be turned on WITHOUT the case b/c I do not want to have to have to carry a case with me at all times to turn them on or off. WELL yesterday that criterion FAILED TOTALLY. I went out for an entire evening and did not remember the case. I turned off for a while due to not needing to use, and after an hour or two went to turn back on. Following all the instructions in manual and youtube videos NO
