HERVYAN 15-Piece Knife Block Set includes 12 knives, kitchen shears, a sharpener and a wood block. The knife assortment includes an 8-inch chef knife, 8-inch serrated bread knife, 7-inch santoku knife, 6-inch boning knife, 5-inch serrated utility knife, 4-inch paring knife and six 4.5-inch steak knives. Knife blades use German steel 1.4116 with taper grinding and satin finishing, rated 56-57 HRC with 12-15 degree sharpening angles.

Knife handles are ABS with S/S 430 bolsters and sanding finishing. Kitchen shears use 2Cr13 blades with PP+TPR handles, and the sharpener uses high-carbon steel with a PP handle. Dark brown block with an acacia wood exterior and pine wood core.
