    Cuts like dream and holds its edge well

    I'm really impressed with this 4-piece knife set! The Santoku and paring knives are razor-sharp and feel great in my hand. The kitchen scissors and Y-peeler are also super useful and add to the set's versatility. The anti-rust coating is a nice touch, and the stainless steel construction looks sleek and durable

    Wow - nice knives

    This is my first test with these knives. It will be a while before I know how they last. But on first check, they appear to be very well made. They are sturdy, they are sharp. The handles are very well made and easy to hold, very comfortable. The blades are German stainless steel with non-stick coating.I tested all four items on some zucchini. [See pics] They cut very well. Smooth, easy to use. I do like these.They are definitely worth the cost.The scissors do not separate for cleaning, but that was not a problem. I found all items easy to hand wash. [Be careful of sharp edges!] They are dishw
