I really love this sponge holder! The angled design works extremely well for draining excess water, so my sponge isn't sitting in a puddle of water between uses. It helps keep the area around my sink looking much cleaner and more organized.The silicone is thick, sturdy, and well made, and I especially like the suction cups on the bottom. They help keep the holder securely in place on the countertop instead of sliding around every time I reach for the sponge.It's also a great size for holding sponges, scrub brushes, and other small sink essentials without taking up too much counter space. This is a brilliant concept. Sponges that stay wet get moldy and/or stinky. By putting the sponge in a designated holder, you keep it out of the way. But more importantly, the elevated touchpoints are meant to allow the sponge room to dry out and, if really wet, drain into the sink. I'm giving this five stars, but I wanted to mention a few minor flaws in the design.First, the elevated touchpoints are not high enough. It does the job well, providing ventilation to aid my sponge in drying more quickly, angling the sponge so the water goes out faster, and funneling the water into the sink instead of letting it rot the sponge or pool on the side of the sink.The suction on the bottom is really effective in keeping the holder in place.
