The plug doesn’t stay in place and my rice heater stopped working.UPDATE:This was initially a two star review and now 5 stars because the customer service was phenomenal and amazing! They were able to replace my rice cooker which had a manufacture defect at no charge. The rice cooker is fantastic and is high quality! The replacement I got is as advertised and works like a gem! Would highly recommend doing business with them!

Bought this as a gift, very pretty color. Many functions and it is nice that is comes with a recipe book and instructions for extra dishes you can make in the rice cooker. It is a good size that can easily be kept away or put in the corner of the table to not take up counter space.

I love this Moosum rice cooker! I have tried $15 rice cookers all the way up to $100+ ones, and this one is my personal favorite one. It is very easy to use and automatically shifts to warm mode when done cooking. This would be very good for someone who cooks small amounts or a single person. No matter what I cook in there it burns the bottom part of the pot so I'm not sure what's going on. I dried oil I tried spraying it. I even put a lot of water in there just to see if anything will come out safe. It does not. It's either burn or stuck to the bottom of the pot

This instant rice comes with a spoon, measuring cup and most importantly measuring cup instructions. Not only on paper but there’s a sticker in the side of the pot to guide my kiddos.
