    Well built with stainless steel cooking pot is the bomb

    This is one of my favorite Amazon buy ever. This Rice cooker does much more than than just cook rice. I am going to buy a second one so I can cook more great meals.

    Good cooker, weak handle

    Very glad to find a rice cooker with a stainless inner pot instead of non-stick! I used it to cook a full pot (9 cups) of rice and it cooked it well. As long as you let the rice rest in the pot after cooking about 15 minutes, it doesn't even stick to the bottom. The only problem is that the handle is very weak - when I picked up the rice pot by the handle to carry it over to the car, the lid immediately unlatched and popped open. Since the pot was full, I think it could have ripped the lid off of the pot had I not supported the bottom quickly. Please make the handle stronger.

    Display screen blurry.

    The pot made perfect rice but it arrived with a crease on outside and the display screen was blurry and unreadable.

    Does not offer free returns.

    The product seems good however, they do not offer free returns and will charge you the full UPS charge which for me would have been $22.00. I thought this was like an Instant Pot that pressure cooked as well, but it is not and I wanted to return it. You can't get in touch with the company to ask a question.

    Nice and pretty

    Very good rice cooker and it’s not so expensive. It’s a ceramic inner pot and no harmful chemicals unlike other nonstick pots! Worth buying!!
